Προσφέρω έναν μοναδικό κύκλο υποστήριξης ως έμπειρη πτυχιούχος μαία και αφοσιωμένη doula, συνδυάζοντας την κλινική γνώση με τη ζεστή ανθρώπινη παρουσία. Βαθύτερος σκοπός μου είναι να προστατεύσω τη μοναδική σας εμπειρία, εξασφαλίζοντας ότι νιώθετε ασφαλείς, ότι η φωνή σας ακούγεται και ότι έχετε σιγουριά, είτε επιλέξετε έναν ήρεμο τοκετό στο σπίτι, είτε τοκετό στο νοσοκομείο με επισκληρίδιο, είτε έναν καθοδηγούμενο τοκετό.

Συνεχής και Εξατομικευμένη Υποστήριξη

Η φροντίδα μου είναι μια συνεχής διαδρομή, από την εγκυμοσύνη μέχρι την ευαίσθητη περίοδο της λοχείας. Χτίζουμε σχέση εμπιστοσύνης μέσα από τις προγεννητικές συναντήσεις, συντάσσουμε ένα εξατομικευμένο πλάνο τοκετού (geboorteplan) και είμαι ο ακλόνητος συμπαραστάτης και ο ήρεμος οδηγός σας κατά τον τοκετό.

Μετά τη γέννηση, συνεχίζω να υποστηρίζω την ανάρρωσή σας, τη φροντίδα του νεογνού και τη μετάβαση στη νέα οικογενειακή πραγματικότητα, εξασφαλίζοντας ότι νιώθετε προστατευμένοι και φροντισμένοι.

Αναλαμβάνω περιορισμένο αριθμό τοκετών κάθε χρόνο ώστε να εξασφαλίζω βαθιά, εξατομικευμένη προσοχή σε κάθε οικογένεια. Ως μαία με πολυετή εμπειρία στην Ολλανδία και στην Ελλάδα, κατανοώ τις ιδιαίτερες προκλήσεις της γέννας μακριά από την πατρίδα.

Είμαι αφοσιωμένο μέλος της ομάδας του τοκετού σας, συνεργαζόμενη αρμονικά με τις τοπικές μαίες (verloskundigen) και το ιατρικό προσωπικό των νοσοκομείων της περιοχής. Γεφυρώνουμε τις πολιτισμικές ιδιαιτερότητες και τα πρωτόκολλα του ολλανδικού συστήματος με τις δικές σας προσωπικές επιθυμίες, ώστε να υποδεχτείτε το μωρό σας με αυτοπεποίθηση, χαρά και ειρήνη.

"Anastasia is the best midwife you can have! I contacted her because I had a very painful mastitis for about ten days and I didn't know how to solve it..she was immediately super helpful and understanding, she anticipated me via chat already how to start acting before meeting in person. When she came home she was an angel, she was patient, competent and immediately understood the situation showing me how to act and taking care that I was able to do it by myself even when she would be gone. Moreover, being my first child, she provided me with many other very important information for me and helped in the correct attachment to my baby's breast.
