Terms & Conditions

4.1. Confirmation

All bookings are considered confirmed only after you have received a confirmation email from us.

4.2. Payment for Group Courses

Your spot is secured only upon full payment, which is due at least 15 days prior to the course start date.

4.3. Payment for Birth Support

The fee for birth support services is €750 (inclusive of VAT), covering up to 10 hours of continuous support during labor. Additional time is billed at €60 per hour (inclusive of VAT). Payment is due within 15 days after the birth of your child, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.4. VAT

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

5.1. Group Courses

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the start date: 100% refund.
• Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the start date: 70% refund.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before the start date: No refund.

5.2. Private Consultations & Sessions

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the appointment: 100% refund or option to reschedule.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment (or no-show): No refund will be issued.

5.3. General Refund Terms

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Any transaction or payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Exceptional Circumstances: In case of a documented medical emergency (e.g., premature birth, hospitalization), Touching Life may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or credit note. Supporting documentation will be required.
• Cancellation by Touching Life: If we must cancel a Service, the Client will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date.

5.4. Consumer Rights Note

For services booked online, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law may apply. However, this right is legally exempt for services scheduled to be provided on a specific date or within a specific period. As all our services fall under this category, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply once a booking for a specific date is confirmed.

6.1. Participation in Services

Participation in Services is at the Client's own risk. The Client remains responsible for their own health and well-being.

6.2. Educational Advice

The advice provided by Touching Life is for educational and support purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

6.3. Disclaimer for Doula Services

When providing birth support, Anastasia Psaropoulou acts as a doula, not a medical professional. She does not perform clinical tasks (e.g., measuring blood pressure, fetal heart rates, vaginal exams). Her role is to provide physical comfort, emotional support, and facilitate communication.

6.4. Liability

Touching Life's liability for any direct damages is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the relevant Service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

10.1.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.2.

Touching Life reserves the right to update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to your Agreement.
